We are proud to announce that Morgan Dental now offers QDP (Quality Dental Plan) in our dental office. QDP is an annual membership dental savings plan for families and individuals that allows all QDP Members to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. Unlike conventional insurance plans, with QDP there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. QDP benefits coverage begins immediately upon plan registration. It’s not insurance, it’s better!
Our QDP Benefits include:
- Simple teeth cleaning with fluoride treatment (1 included in price + 1 complimentary)
- Complete annual dental exam
- All x‐rays needed to complete annual exam
- Free at‐home teeth whitening kit per plan year for patients over 16 yrs (value of $99)
- Discounted Emergency Exam and x‐ray for $59 as needed (a savings of $80)
- 20% savings on general and major dental procedures
- 15% savings on implant crown and abutment
A QDP Membership is $349.00 for an initial plan member… and only $299.00 for each additional family member; which represents an additional savings of $50.00 per member. Eligible family members include spouse and dependent children under the age of 19 (up to age 23 if dependent child is a full‐time student). All QDP Membership fees are due and payable at the time of registration and are non‐refundable when services have been provided. Plan duration is for one year from registration date. All patient portions for services received are due at time of services in order to receive QDP benefits. All members of a QDP family account will have the same anniversary date as the primary member.
Interest‐free payment plans of 6 and 12 months duration are available upon request with approved credit through Your Health Credit Plans. Repayment duration is based on service totals and procedural type. If you choose to use a repayment plan, your QDP Member Savings and interest free payment options will be customized for your repayment needs.
A missed appointment fee (per the Morgan Dental Financial Policy) will be charged for all short notice cancellation or no‐show dental appointments. Please notify our office at least 1 business day in advance if you must change your reserved appointment.
